Notorious Big...Vintage Sunglasses
Notorious Big is synonymous with Black Vintage Sunglasses.
Big is one of my all time favorites I love his sound and can listen to his tracks all day. He made his ganster style a force that so many have tried to replicate. But no one in my mind matches this Eastcoast Hip Hop artist.
This vintage Emanuelle Khanh circa 1980's featured here from www.atticeyewear.com is of the same style that I feel Biggie would have been proud to wear. It features Ostrich Leather embellishing on the front as well as side arm's that make this vintage sunglass unforgettable.
So..."Uh, and if you don't know, now you know"...
Atticeyewear.com your source for a look that will make you memorable.

This is our dog Squire and BB. Squire was our loyal loving Best Friend who unfortunately we had to put down because he was in acute kidney failure. The pain and shock is so devastating to all in our family. I wish only to share how much we loved him. If you are an animal lover you can surely feel the pain of here one day and gone the next.
We look for his red hair and miss him bringing you anything he could fit in his mouth.
Squishy Squire we love you and miss you.

Marlon Brando...Vintage Sunglasses
Marlon Brando looking Cool in his vintage sunlglasses circa 1970's! I consider Brando one of the greats. His method acting style set the stage for others like Jack Nicholson and Al Pacino. His mumbling diction added depth to the character he portrayed, made them real and obtainable.
Marlon was also an activist for both the Civil Rights Movement and a supporter of The American Indian Movement.
He was a Rebel with many causes.
Visit atticeyewear.com and find your Rebel style.

Come Out of Your Shell...Vintage Sunglasses
This vintage ad for... Smirnoff Vodka from 1960's is so campy. I just love the image and what a perfect subject. Woody Allen iconic image remains steadfast to date. His classic Vintage Rockabilly Eyeglasses are synonymous with his name. This is a great technique to allow your vintage eyewear to speak for you. So if you are not the gregarious type creating a point of interest can bring about a conversation.
Just as this vintage ad says "Come out of Your Shell" I say with Vintage Eyewear!

Bausch and Lomb the Original Ray Ban Vintage Sunglasses...
This vintage ad for Ray Ban emphasizes the beginning of sunglasses becoming a high-end fashion statement. Ray Ban was produced for The United States Army Corps by Bausch and Lomb with high quality glass lenses. Ray Ban has distinguished themselves as a consistent brand in the sunglass market. Their trademark Ray Ban logo has never changed, however other things have.
Sadly to say Bausch and Lomb sold the division of Ray Ban in 1999 to Luxottica a huge conglomerate whose objective in my opinion is to own the eyewear industry . Strategically purchasing as many retail optical outlets as well as lens manufacturers making the playing field difficult for many smaller retailers to compete.
Atticeyewear.com has several styles by the original manufacturer Bausch and Lomb quite similar to the ones you see in this vintage ad for Ray Ban circa 1960!
